after riding all day we arrived outside of whitefish, montana and this was another random campsite we found off the road - that's whitefish lake in the background

a couple more long exposure pics from campsight

camp spot - somewhere in washington state

fell about 80 miles short of spokane - got dark and we were tired. so,
we literally just got off highway and took a dirt road in and set up
camp. waking up early to go to spokane and possibly get new rear tire.
i think i'll need one for the rest of the trip anyways. from spokane
it's gonna be less than 300 miles to glacer national park.

trip through washington along the columbia river was amazing. then
headed north up into the high desert of washington. i always thought
all of washington state was lush and green...definitely not the case.
a lot of the state is actually brown.

Tad tackling a big ass miner burger!

Pit stop in yakima, wa. Trying to get to spokane by dark.
